- Speed of reaction: iXEN has total autonomy in its investment decisions (decisions are taken by the Management Board advised by the Investment Committee). This organization structure guarantees a prompt response to both proposed investment deals and acquisition opportunities.
- A longer investment horizon: iXEN commits the Natixis group's own capital and therefore seeks to maximize value creation rather than focusing on short-term returns. iXEN can therefore support long term projects.
