Investment criteria
iXEN invests in companies:
- valued at between €30 and 300 million: the most recent deals are Buffalo Grill (2008 sales: €363m), Maisons du Monde (2008 sales: €256m), BVA (2008 sales: €57m).
- in all sectors: iXEN has invested in manufacturing (Gerflor, Coventya, Saverglass), services (Actif+/Akerys, Leyton, BVA), consumer goods (Eau Ecarlate, Free Lance, Pom D'api, Well), specialist retailing (Maisons du Monde), and restaurant chain (Buffalo Grill).
- with excellent growth potential: in today’s market, building up the business is more dependent of the value creation.
- alongside managers, with a strong commitment and an ambitious business plan.
