Ceva Santé Animale is an animal health laboratory that focuses on four product groups: anti-infectives, vaccines, behavioral therapies and reproduction control. Ceva is fully vertically integrated in the veterinary pharmaceuticals business from product development through to production, marketing and sales. Its products are distributed worldwide.

Growth prospects
The executives, managers and employees in thirty-seven subsidiaries throughout the world decided to invest substantially in a management buy-out of their company alongside iXEN, Euromezzanine and NI Partners. iXEN has committed to supporting management in a seven-year growth plan that aims to create sustainable, shared value.
