Background to the deal
Textiles Well were sold by Sara Lee. iXEN organized a MBO of Textiles Well.
Growth prospects
The managers aim at consolidating Textiles Well's positions on its hosiery core business through the growth of strong added value products and at expanding the underwear business which must be the second growth area.
