Plastisud designs and manufactures precision molds for plastic injection.
Plastisud has always been an innovator, from the manufacture of the first European dual material mold to the production of the first hot runner system. As a result, it is now the European leader in high precision molds.
Background to the deal
Plastisud has substantially expanded its production facilities to support ongoing growth in its business, which now serves the consumer goods, food, closures and medical sectors.
Growth prospects
iXEN organized a leveraged owner buy-out of Plastisud alongside its chairman and founder, Jacques Buzzo.
