Business activity
The Leyton group was founded in 1997 and has offices in St Cloud, Lyon and Toulouse. Its main areas of consultancy are tax and social security efficiency, industrial accidents and research tax credits.
Its services are aimed at companies and local authorities.
Fees are performance-based depending on the amount of cost savings made by the client.
Background to the deal
The market is growing by more than 10% a year. Leyton now employs almost 100 people and plans to triple this number.
Growth prospects
The new financial partners wish to support the group in its expansion, mainly through continued organic growth (opening new offices, developing new services and expanding the client base) but also through acquisitions.
